I am a wife, mom to two young boys, I'm a physician assistant and lover of all things to reduce inflammation.
I lived my whole life with gut issues, bad gas, tummy aches and joint stiffness.
Along my journey, I have learned all there is to know about reducing inflammation, gut health, anti-aging tools and so much more.
I have mastered living a life looking for better alternatives, but also living a life of balance without dieting while maintaining my weight and being an incredibly happy human internally.
